Through Sewing Kit, I write about mental health, overthinking, growth, identity, emotional exhaustion, and the quiet parts of being human that people often avoid talking about. I want this place to remind people that mental health struggles are real and as human as any other is.
Why did I start this blog?
Why did I start this blog?
I started Sewing Kit because I realised how many people walk around carrying emotions they never speak about. The 'why' behind invisible pain and struggles made me start this. Writing became a way to understand those feelings,both for myself and others. I wish to leave my impact through this and hope that to be meaningful.
Healing minds and mending hearts, life is not linear neither is healing.
